14 days, no questions asked

If SS1 Tool for Android isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

SS1 Tool for Android is sold only on Google Play.

• Within 48 hours of buying, you can usually refund it yourself on Google Play: open the app's page in the Play Store or your Google Play order history and choose Refund.
• After that, and up to 14 days after buying, contact us with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) and we'll refund it through Google Play.
• Google Play's own refund policies also apply.

After a refund

A refund ends your license: Google Play removes the app from your library. Please uninstall it.

After 14 days

After 14 days, purchases are final, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund. If the app doesn't work on your device, please report it first: we'd like to fix it.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or with Google; we'll sort it out.

SS1 Tool for Windows is free, so there's nothing to refund.
